Carne alla pizzaiola

This recipe was created on the memory of taste and appearance a meal that I ate at an Italian restaurant. The name could be translated as'' meat on the pizza way''.Ingredients:
pork chops
1 mozzarella
300 dl thick tomato salsa
200 g of flour
half a bag of yeast powder
lukewarm water
oregano, vegeta, salt, pepper
olive oil
leaves of fresh basil.

Knead the dough 200 g flour, yeast and lukewarm water. Let dough rise for 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile, season meat with salt, pepper and Vegeta and let it bake slowly in olive oil. Since the dough to form circular shapes 1-2 cm thick, sprinkle them with oregano and bake them for 20 minutes at 200C.

When meat is almost add the tomato salsa and season with  Vegeta. After you boil the salsa steaks and arrange the slices of mozzarella salsa to pour melted. Meat with mozzarella served on dough with basil leaves.

''Nutella drink''

How I love Nutella, I decided make a  warm drink of Nutella.
In 400 ml of milk dissolve 3-4 tablespoons Nutella. When Nutella melts in the milk poured into a glass and add whipped cream.
It is too fine and will keep you warm.

Meat loaf with cheese and with stuffed potatoes

Seasoned potatoes (salt, pepper, Vegeta) with some oil put in the oven to 200C hour.

Meanwhile, knead and bake a meat loaf.
Meat loaf knead of 400g of minced meat, one egg, 2 tablespoons bread crumbs, parsley and a little salt, pepper, Vegeta. When all ingredients are flour and roll rates, and the environment allocate little Gaude, not too much to not get out of the loaf during baking.
After an hour remove the potatoes from the oven, absorbing it with a spoon as a cart. Potatoes that are mixed with pieces of cut parmesan and cream mixture and fill the hollow potatoes. Potatoes back in oven to brown the mixture. Potatoes in serving sprinkle with parsley.

-1 egg
-8 Tablespoons sugar
-1 Vanilla sugar
-1 Baking powder
-500 G flour
-500 Ml milk
-oil for frying
-powdered sugar for sprinkling.

Mix sugar with vanilla sugar and add an egg. Mix flour with baking powder add to the mixture and mix and then add milk. If the mixture is rare mixture, add more flour. Oil heat and in hot oil put a small spoon of the mixture to scorch. Should be plenty of oil, because if fritters are ''on air'' will come from the air holes and will be flat. When the fritters get a golden brown remove them in a bowl with paper to absorb fat. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
