U zadnje vrijeme ne stignem ništa objaviti, a počelo se dosta toga nakupljati. Ovaj recept je adaptacija maminog recepta za džem od bresaka i vanilije:

Marmalade of peach and vanilla
Ingredients:
x 1kg cleaned peaches
x 700g sugar
x 1 vanilla sugar
x 2 cap of vanilla extract
x 100 ml of water.
Preparation:
1. Clean the skin and peach pits.
2. Chop peaches with vanilla sugar and vanilla aroma.
3. Cook sugar and water until a thick syrup. Add peaches with vanilla and cook for about 45 minutes with stirring spoon until the jam starts to thicken.
4. Pour the jelly into hot jars.
Note: I fragmented peaches in juice, jam turned out a little thinner than usual, but it is without gelfix and is more natural and healthier.
With marmalade stall crepes. Instead of the classic pancake, I opted for the ''small'' thick pancake, which I spread with maremelade across the top and cut.
Small thick pancakes
Ingredients:
x 1 egg
x 1 vanilla sugar
x pinch of salt
x 1.5 yogurt of milik
x 2 yogurt of flour.
Preparation:
1. Beat egg with vanilla sugar and salt.
2. Then add milk and flour.
3. Bake crepes on a few drops of oil.
Note: The ingredients are for about 6 pancakes, and yogurt is a measure.

Marmelada od bresaka i vanilije
Sastojci:
Sastojci:
x 1kg očišćenih bresaka
x 700g šećera
x 1 vanilin šećer
x 2 čepa arome vanilije
x 100ml vode.
1. Očistiti breskve od kožice i koštica.
2. Usitniti breskve s vanilin šećerom i aromom vanilije.
3. Šećer i vodu kuhati dok se ne dobije gusti sirup. Dodati breskve s vanilijom i kuhati oko 45 minuta miješajući kuhačom dok se marmelada ne počne zgušnjavati.
4. Marmeladu uliti u prethodno zagrijane staklenke.
Napomena: kako sam breskve usitnila u sok, marmelada je ispala malo rjeđa nego inače, ali je bez gelfixa/želina pa je prirodnija i zdravija.
Uz marmeladu pašu palačinke. Umjesto klasičnih palačinki, odlučila sam se za ove ''male debele'' palačinke koje se namažu po vrhu pa se režu.
Sastojci:
x 1 jaje
x 1 vanilin šećer
x prstohvat soli
x 1,5 jogurt mlijeka
x 2 jogurta brašna.
Priprema:
1. Istući jaje s vanilin šećerom i soli.
2. Naizmjence dodavati mlijeko i brašno.
3. Palačinke ispeći na par kapi ulja.
Napomena: sastojci su za otprilike 6 palačinki, a jogurt je mjera.

Fino je, meni je u opšte najbolja kombinacija palačinki sa dzemom, nekako, mada mnogi više vole nutelu, meni je to previše i nekako mi ne ide sa palačinkama...
