Jagode: 1° sirup od jagoda i puding od jagoda/Strawberries: 1° Strawberry Syrup and Strawberry Pudding

Jagode u mom vrtu su pune plodova tako da ih ni ne stignemo pojesti pa sam ''višak'' upotrijebila ''u kulinarske svrhe''. Ovo je jedna od mojih ulaznica za igru Ajme, koliko nas je na temu jagoda domaćice s bloga Pans and pots .


Sirup od jagodaSastojci: 1 šalica jagoda, pola šalice vode, 2 žlice šećera, 1 žlica limunovog soka.
Priprema:
Jagode oprati, nasjeckati i usitniti štapnim mikserom. Pire od jagoda kuhati s vodom, šećerom i limunovim sokom do vrenja. Uliti u staklenu bocu i čuvati u hladnjaku.

Sirup sam iskoristila i za pripremu pudinga od jagoda. Recept za puding je s bloga Laka kuharica. Slijedi moja adaptacija recepta:
Puding od jagoda
Sastojci: 2 žlice gustina, pola šalice šećera, prstohvat soli, 1 šalica mlijeka, 1 jaje, pola šalice sirupa od jagoda.
Priprema:
Gustin, šećer i sol pomiješati. Jaje istući s mlijekom pa dodati sirup od jagoda. Sve zajedno pomiješati i zakuhati te miješati dok se ne počne odvajati. Ukrasiti šlagom i jagodama.


Recipes:

Strawberry Syrup Ingredients: 1 cup of strawberries, half a cup of water, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Preparation:
Wash strawberries, chop and chop in blender. Puree of strawberries cook with water, sugar and lemon juice to boiling. Pour into a glass bottle and refrigerate.

Syrup can be used as a topping for strawberries and cream.
The syrup I used to prepare the strawberry pudding. The recipe for the pudding is from a blog Laka kuharica/Easy Cook. The following is my adaptation of a recipe:

Strawberry pudding Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, half cup sugar, pinch salt, 1 cup milk, 1 egg, half cup of syrup from strawberries.

Preparation:
Cornstarch, sugar and salt mix. Beat egg with milk and add the strawberry syrup. Mix all together and brew and mix until it starts to separate. Decorate with whipped cream and strawberries.
