Proposal for a weekly meal: Nachos de pollo

Ingredients for two persons:4 tortillas
4 red peppers
4 green peppers
1 can corn
400-500 g of chicken
200 g of cheese
a little hot pepper.
Tortillas cut into triangles and bake in preheated oven at 150 C for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut chicken into cubes and pepper and bake in a little oil. Add hot peppers and corn. Tortilla triangles arranged in a basket and sort them parpike mixture and chicken. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in oven until cheese melts.
